Project Orange

Project Orange is A concept for a 3D Adventure game similar to 3D Zelda games like Ocarina of Time. It would feature a bright and colorful world of weird creatures and characters, and a main character with a special sword. This is obviously quite big, but with this project I like making small steps towards something beautiful.

Part of this Project:

A Common Cattle Animal in the world of Project Orange. Based on and inspired by the sight of Haybales inhabiting the big fields in France.

Grass Shader

A grass shader made in Unity using Vertex Offset and custom lighting. Made for use in Project Orange. I used Shaderforge to make it.

Stylized Gold Shader

A Gold Effect Shader I made in Unity using Shaderforge. The technique used is a combination of a Matcap texture, fresnel and a scrolling "sheen" texture. Buth textures were painted in Photoshop.

Axel

The main character for Project Orange. Implemented in Unity with custom lighting and a detailed rig with facial animation features.

Heirlion

Design and 3D model of both the body and skeleton of the Heirlion, a fantasy creature loosely based on Airplanes. This creature is supposed to be a big part of Project Orange's world. They are very big and have a flowing tail and big wings.

Karstlands

A piece of concept art for one of the areas of the world of Project Orange. The Karstlands are the natural habitat of the heirlion. It's a rocky area filled with caves and holes for the big beasts to fly through.
